Crowe Consultant Inventory Survey
Thank you all for the high participation level (over 200 responses!) of the Inventory Process Project Field survey sent out in May. This inventory survey helps us find the most practical truck stock and parts for our technicians, along with inventory reporting. We have partnered with Crowe Consultants to continue finding ways to improve our vans and inventory.
The Crowe Consultants are starting to run a “Pilot” approach in select offices over the next several weeks to identify what works and what does not before rolling out to the remaining offices. The pilot testing started in the Kansas region and will make its way through the midwest region over the summer.
